It’s Here! MyMiller Chevrolet App – Miller Chevrolet a Minneapolis Chevrolet dealer’s mobile application

After months and months of preparation and planning Miller Chevrolet released today it’s MyMiller Chevrolet mobile application on the IOS and Android platforms. Miller Chevrolet in Rogers has partnered with Madrid Interactive to create a new revolution of dealership mobile application. What they have come up with is nothing short of a customer serving application that puts the dealership at the palm of their customer’s hands.

Typically you see a dealership mobile app that focuses on selling cars. Miller Chevrolet has taken a different approach to this and has put the focus on customer service, the Service Department and dealership contacts.  The app is filled with consumer friendly features making each employee that deals with customers available with unique click-to-call, click-to-text and click-to-email options. No breaking down on the side of the road and wondering who to call, built-in click-to-call features to GM RoadSide Assistance, OnStar, Abra Autobody, Abra AutoGlass, and North Suburban Towing are all right at your fingertips.

Something new that Miller Chevrolet is offering within the app is Service Appointment Scheduling. Miller has a very busy Service Department that serves over 140 customers each day, that means that sometimes it is hard to get through on the phone just to make an appointment to get your vehicle in for service. Not anymore, just enter your name, number, desired service, desired date and time; and off you go!

The app is also loaded with a ton of social media and ratings links to share your experience at Miller Chevrolet with your personal network. Now we said that the focus wasn’t selling cars however, if you are interested in shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle there are resources built in for that too!  YouTube videos, our complete new and pre-owned inventory listings as well as our blog that you are reading here are all available right on the app.

Maybe you just purchased a new or pre-owned Chevrolet.. now what? Did you know that there is a app for your SiriusXM radio that you can listen to on your phone? Or how about the OnStar app that ties into your diagnostics as well as service history of your vehicle. Last but not least, customers with 2011 model years and newer can download the myChevrolet app that lets you see where your vehicle is, how much gas is in it, Air pressure as well as start/stop your vehicle from anywhere in the world as long as your vehicle is equipped with the GM remote starter system.
